Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using the Clays app ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. The app is provided by Pragmatiq ("we", "us").

2. Your license to use Clays

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Clays on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms and these terms.

3. In-app purchases

Clays is free to install and try. Unlocking unlimited rounds requires a one-time "Clays Pro" purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's App Store refund policy or applicable law.

4. Your content

Round data, rosters, and scorecards you create in Clays belong to you. We don't claim any rights to them. We also don't see them — see the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the paywall or purchase verification. Don't use the app to break any law.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Clays is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device configuration. Scoring results are a convenience — you are responsible for verifying scores in any sanctioned competition.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragmatiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Clays Pro.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
